For a flat fee of $4,000 Blue Dot will fully manage your vacancy:

• Write a job description;
• Promote your job on the best job sites and social media tools;
• Handle all enquiries and questions;
• Filter all the applications;
• Meet face to face with the most promising applicants;
• Write up detailed profiles on the best candidates;
• Arrange interviews and handle the rejections;
• Check employment history, qualifications and references;
• Prepare a written employment agreement.

Powered by Crackerjacks, our contract recruitment service allows you to secure the right contractor quickly and cost effectively.

For an initial fee of $500 plus an ongoing fee of $500 per month for the contract term, we will:

• Write a job description;
• Advertise it on Crackerjacks;
• Manage the responses;
• Shortlist and forward the best candidates;
• Arrange the interviews;
• Prepare the Contract for Services.
