Antonia Haythornthwaite - Managing Director

Antonia is a Human Resources Advisor who helps business owners achieve their goals through their employees. She develops human resources strategies, policies, systems and processes that support the business strategy and values, HR best practice and efficiency. Prior to establishing Blue Dot, Antonia spent ten years in human resources advisory and management roles in the telecommunications and financial services industries, up to Director level in an international company. Her pragmatic approach to human resources has allowed her to develop innovative strategic initiatives that positively impact the bottom line.
