Does your workplace ensure employee performance?

The culture of your business and the way employees are managed influences employee performance. But how do you really know if the workplace is allowing great results to occur? How do you know what works particularly well? How do you know what aspects require some attention?

The answer is fairly simple: you ask your employees.

Regular employee surveys provide you with feedback to allow you to:

  • define and measure aspects of the workplace culture and employee engagement
  • make better leadership decisions
  • improve employee performance and retention increasing profit and revenue growth

However, many employee surveys fall short because of a lack of action. Employees expect something to happen as a result of completing a survey but in many cases the business will either ignore the results or put them in the 'too hard' basket.

Our Employee Survey process is made up of three important phases:

  1. design and administration - The survey questions will support your business strategy and core values as well as best practice. Your employees may complete the survey online or on paper and will be invited to participate in focus groups.
  2. interpretation - Your report of the survey findings will include graphs and insights so that you can recognise the key strengths and issues and discuss the priorities.
  3. action planning and implementation - Your HR Advisor will work with you to develop an Action Plan and will meet with you on a regular basis, either in person or over the telephone, to keep you and your business on the track you have set.
